Not sure if this was mentioned (don't feel like going through all the pages) but Rotscale AND his dragon buddies all drop his bow. We got 3 in one run.

They are both undead and dragons when the game is concerned.

My monk is pouting right now because she can't have a fan. My Mesmer and Ritualist are overjoyed, and rubbing it in her face. Ah, sibling rivalry.

Here is where the mighty and barbed grawls are. The Mighty Grawls drop the Ice Breakers and the Barbed Grawl Drop the Frozen Fan. Sorry for the crappy pic, I'm at work and all I had to work with was MSpaint rather than Photoshop CS2 ...

Much easier to come from Droknar and go north. You only have to deal with 2 avicara mobs, at the most (If you know how to avoid patrols).

yes i've tried them both but this one is easier for me because I just charge past all the mobs. Its a personal preference I guess.

I got an Ice Breaker to drop with henchies on my second run. 2 monks + 2 wars + Me as SS Necro.
Now I'm wondering why people like the Ice Breaker. It's 15^50 and max dmg with 30hp, but I'd think most would like something other than icy damage.
Meh... someone in my guild will surely enjoy an Ice Breaker freebie.
